On the program: • The whimsical Maestro, by Gerard Charles (Artistic Director, BalletMet Columbus), set to Benjamin Britten's The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra. • Maria Glimcher’s (Faculty, Otterbein College, The Ohio State University, BalletMet Dance Academy) dramatic Relevant, set to Requiem for a Dream by Clint Mansell. • Michael Uthoff’s (Artistic Director, Dance St. Louis) pas de deux (dance for two) In G Major, set to the music of Ravel. • Night Music, a humorous piece by Laurie Eisenhower (Artistic Director, Eisenhower Dance Ensemble) and set to Mozart’s Eine kleine Nachtmusik. • Adam Hundt (Dancer, BalletMet Columbus) will create a new work for the program. • Twyla Tharp’s Sinatra Suite, a nostalgic tribute to Ol’ Blue Eyes that premiered in 1984.
